                           MARRIAGE LICENSE

STATE OF MISSOURI                              COUNTY OF Putnam
    
    THIS LICENSE AUTHORIZES any Judge, Justice of the Peace, Licensed or 
Ordained Preacher of the Gospel, or any other person authorized under the Laws 
of this State to SOLEMNIZE MARRIAGE, between Isaac Givens of Kidder, County of 
Caldwell and State of Missouri, who is over the age of twenty-one years; and 
Katie Roseberry of -----in the County of Sullivan and State of Missouri, who 
is over the age of eighteen years.

SEAL      Witness my hand as Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder, with the 
             seal of the office hereto affixed, at my office in Unionville,
             Mo., the 23rd day of Dec. 1890

Additional Comments:
Katie Roseberry was the daughter of John Roseberry and Rebecca Calhoon 
Roseberry of Sullivan Co., Mo.  Isaac was the son of Merrit Givens and Nancy 
Allen Givens of Daviess Co., Mo.  Issac and Katie lived most of their lives on 
a farm in Sheridan Twsp., Daviess Co., Mo.  Katie, after Isaac's death, lived 
the rest of her life in Kidder, Caldwell Co., Mo.  This is a copy of their 
marriage license obtained from the Circuit Clerk of Putnam Co., Mo. on 17 Oct. 
1984.
