Administrator's Notice

Notice is hereby given, that the undersigned has obtained from Ralls county 
court letters of administration on the estate of Eliza Rhodes, dec'd., bearing 
date April 5, 1847.  All persons indebted to said estate are requested to make 
immediate payment -- and all persons having claims said estate are requested 
to exhibit them properly authenticated within one year from the date of said 
letters, or they may be precluded from having any benefit from said estate, 
and if not exhibited within three years they will be forever banned.
