The Hannibal Journal June 3, 1847
Administrator's Notice

Notice is hereby given, that the undersigned has obtained from the clerk of 
the county court of Ralls county, letters of administration, or testamentary, 
on the estate of Cornelius N. Lynch, dec'd., bearing date, May 15th, 1847.  
All persons indebted to said estate are requested to make immediate payment; 
and all persons having claims against said estate are requested to exhibit 
them properly autenticated within one year from the date of said letters, or 
they may be precluded from having any benefit from said estate; and if said 
claims are not presented within three years, they will be forever barred.
