Ray County, Missouri - Miscellaneous - William Neal in Wreck Richmond Missourian 1932 1932 Richmond Negro In Wreck. William Neal, Richmond Negro, was arrested by Lafayette county authorities Saturday night after he had driven a car into the car of William H. Guenther, Lafayette County superintendent of schools, at a point on Highway No. 24 near Myrick.
