Mr. Martin Hileman and Miss Pearl Mayden, both residents of the north of Hardin country, were married in this city Wednesday morning at the home of the officiating minister, Rev. R.T. Stith, at 7:30 o’clock. They left immediately after the ceremony for a short visit with friends in Kansas City after which they will return to Hardin and make their home on the Geo. Sims farm near Morton. The bride is the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.W. Mayden, well known and highly respected residents of the Morton neighborhood, and is a young lady possessed with many womanly graces. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. W.D. Hileman, and is an energetic and prosperous young farmer.
