Ray County, Missouri - Unknown newspaper 1920 Celebrate Anniversary Mr. and Mrs. J.J. Booth of Richmond Have Been Married Twenty-Five Years. Wednesday, April 14th, marked the twenty-fifth wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. J.J. Booth, who reside near Richmond, and on that day over one hundred of their friends and relatives gathered at their home on the Richmond-Hardin road, just outside of the city limits of Richmond, to celebrate that event. Mr. Booth has been a resident of Ray county since he was three years of age, coming to this county from Lafayette county with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Booth. Mrs. Booth was formerly Miss Mabel Burke, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Burke, and is a native of Ray county. They were married twenty-five years ago at Millville by the Rev. John Winstead. For many years Mr. and Mrs. Booth made their home in Hickory Grove section, but moved to this vicinity the first of this year. They have two sons, Harry R. and Ellis B. of Richmond.
