Ray County, Missouri Obituaries - Blanche S. Snowden (1905-2002) The Lawson Review June 18, 2002 Blanche S. Snowden Blanche S. Snowden, 96, of Richmond, died June 12, 2002, at Ray County Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Snowden was born December 4, 1905 in Henrietta, to William A. and Lula (Chenault) Sisk. She married Robert C. Snowden of Richmond on December 26, 1926; he preceded her in death on January 11, 1963. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Patti and William Bamman of Richmond; one daughter-in-law, Patricia Snowden of Overland Park, Ks.; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one son, Robert Elton Snowden; one brother, Elton Sisk; and one sister, Patti Gay. Mrs. Snowden was a lifetime resident of Henrietta and Richmond. She attended Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg, where she was a member of the Sigma Sigma Sigma Sorority. She was a member of the Richmond United Methodist Church and the Allen-Morton- Watkins Chapter DAR and Chapter CO, PEO Sisterhood.
