Ray County, Missouri Obituaries - Cora Tucker Death of Mrs. Jack Tucker After an illness of more than eight weeks suffering with a complication of diseases, Mrs. Cora Tucker, wife of Jack Tucker, passed away at her home west of Orrick about nine o'clock Sunday night, February 3. Deceased whose maiden name was Cora Lee Hull, a daughter of the late Milton and Annie Hull, was born May 6, 1863, therefore was nearing her 66th birthday. She was united in marriage to Jack Tucker February 12, 1880. To this union six children were born, 2 of whom died in infancy. Aside from the husband and father, she is survived by four sons, Elmer, of California, Clyde of Kansas City, Roy and Daniel H. of Orrick. Also one sister and one brother survive. Early in life Mrs. Tucker united with the Christian Union church and had lived a devout christian life. She was a kind and loving wife and mother and splendid neighbor, and her passing will bring great sorrow to a large circle of friends. Funeral services were held from the Union church Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock, the sermon being preached by Rev. Arthur Crum, after which interment was made in Union cemetery.
