The Hannibal Journal April 5, 1849
The Northern Boundary Line of Missouri, has been settled by a decision of the 
Supreme Court of the United States, in favor of Iowa.  It gives to Iowa the 
disputed territory, and fixes the division line upon what is known 
as "Sullivan's Old Line."  Schuyler county and some other territory in 
Missouri is now in Iowa.  This settlement is said to be final.
