Harper was born Feb. 13, 1884, in Graves County, KY. Besides his wife, Mrs. May Harper, he leaves four sons, Cleabor Harper of the home, Gilbert and Glenn Harper of Almeda, Calif., and James Harper of St. Louis; three daughters, Mrs. Belma Laws, Mrs. Beauton Johnson and Mrs. Vida Jeanne Johnson, all of St. Louis. Exact time of the services have not yet been set but they are expected to be conducted at the Welsh Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Andrews of Jonesburg, Mo., Monday afternoon. Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery. ===============================================================
