Moore of the County of Shelby and State of Missouri being of sound mind and disposing mind and memory do make and Publish this to be my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. First-- It be my desire that my Executor herein after named shall pay all my just debts and Funeral Expenses. Second. I give devise and bequeath to the Treasurer of the Clarence Cemetery Association and his Successor in office the Sum of One Hundred Dollars in Trust. Said Trust fund of One Hundred Dollars to be loaned out at the best rate of interest and on good security and the interest received thereon or as much as is needed to be used in the Keeping up and Beautifying my lot in the Clarence Cemetery Association. The principal to be kept intact and interest only shall be expended on my lot. Third. I give devise and bequeath to Claude Herron (son of William Herron of Hunnewell, Mo) the sum of One Hundred Dollars in Cash. Fourth. I give devise and bequeath to Mrs. Eppa Moore (wife of William H. Moore of Lentner Mo) the sum of One Hundred Dollars in Cash. Fifth. I give devise and bequeath to Alice Moore (daughter of Samuel Moore of Lincoln Nebraska) the Sum of One Hundred Dollars in Cash. Sixth. I give devise and bequeath to Mrs. Jesse Booker and Mrs. Kate Knox (daughters of Mrs. Mary C. Livingston and William Livingston) the remainder of my Estate Real - Personal - and mixed to be divided equally. Share and share alike. Seventh. I hereby Nominate and Appoint and Constitute Marvin Dimmitt of Clarence Missouri to be Executor of this my last will and testament and I hereby authorize and empower said Executor to sell all the real estate that I die possessed of -- Either at Private or Public Sale -- and to make Deed or Deeds to any and all real Estate sold -- for the purpose of paying debts, bequests, and for Distribution and it is my further desire that said Executor be not required to give Bond as Such Executor. In testimony whereof I have hereinto let my Hand and Seal this 30th day of October A.D. 1911. Alice T. Moore Signed -- published -- and declared by the above testator Alice T. Moore as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of the undersigned who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other hereto sign our names as witnesses. Moore, deceased, have been granted to the undersigned by the probate court of Shelby Co., Mo. bearing date the 31st, day of Oct. 1919. All persons having claims against said estate are required to exhibit them to me for allowance, within six months from the date of said letters or they may be precluded from any benefit of such estate; and if said claims be not exhibited within one year from the date of the granting of letters on said estate they shall be forever barred.
