Bell GLEANINGS: John Williams returned home Thursday from Texas where he has been engaged in a series of Bible lectures. Lester Reasoner and family are settled in their new home two miles west and a quarter south of Ohio. Dessia Foster spent Saturday with Ruby Childers. Mrs. Jasper Masterson returned home Thursday from Kansas City where she has been receiving treatment for her eyes. PRAIRIE HOME: Today, Monday is rather stormy, looks like we might have our Easter storm. Alfred Grass, wife and children visited Sunday with her parents, Lund Morris and wife. Church was well attended both Saturday and Sunday nite with brother Coleman as pastor. The young fellas gathered at Bert Dains' Tuesday nite and had a music party. Virgil Mistler, wife and children visited Sunday with Bill Mistler and wife. Frances Jones spent Friday with her sister Vera Mistler. Art Richey had the misfortune to lose a horse one day last week. Mary Alice Grass who has been a victim of the whooping cough is better. Mrs. Iola Dain is sick at this writing. PLEASANT GROVE: Mr. and Mrs. Lenard Welch spent Saturday evening with Mr. and Mrs. Robert Mitchell. Bro. Martin filled his regular appointment at Pleasant Grove church Saturday night, Sunday and Sunday night. Nora Francis Cole went home with her teacher Ledia Lieneman Friday night and stayed until Sunday evening. James Etheridge, wife and daughter La-Ura spent Sunday evening with Lenard Welch and wife. There is Sunday School at Strong Point school house every Sunday afternoon.W. R. Boring, of Iconium, was a business visitor here Saturday.
