Bell COUNTY GLEANINGS - PRAIRIE HOME: Mr. and Mrs. Derwer Breeder and children spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Walter Haines. Mrs. Tamer Grass entertained the Prairie Home Club Wednesday. Several members were present. Miss Grace and Gladys Keeton of Kansas City spent Easter with their sister, Mrs. Louis Dunham. Mr. and Mrs. Virgie Mistler and children spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Matt Jones. Mrs. Iola Dain is better at this writing. Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Grass and famly spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. L. O. Capps. Quite a number gathered at the home of Virgie Mistler Saturday night and had an egg roast and play party. Tom Harvey and wife called in the Bert Dain's home Saturday night. Mr. and Mrs. Art Riley and family spent Sunday with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Bill Mistler. Mr. and Mrs. Bernice Mistler of near Ohio have been visiting relatives in this community the past week. Crook, and files their petition alleging, among other things that defendants, Francis Baxtor, Anna Cowan, Robert Cowan, J. C. Cowan, Marshall Cowan, O. P. Cowan, Anna Smith, W. P. Duvall, the unknown heirs of Joe Duvall, deceased, the unknown heirs of Vicie Jane Duvall, deceased, George Duvall, and the unknown heirs of R. C. Duvall, deceased, Fred Duvall, Ruth Duvall, whose married name is unknown to plaintiffs, Beulah Duvall, whose married name is unknown to plaintiffs, Ray Duvall, and the four children whose names are unknown to plaintiffs being the heirs of J. P. Duvall, deceased and the unknown heirs of Emily Kingcade, deceased, being six children whose ages and addresses are unknown to plaintiff are non-residents of the State of Missouri; and the plaintiff also files affidavit alleging among other things that there are defendants interested in the subject matter of the petition, whose real names are unknown but the relationship and their respective interests are fully set out in plaintiff's petition. WHEREUPON, it is Ordered by the Clerk in Vacation that said Defendants be notified by Publication that plaintiffs have commenced a suit against them, the object and general nature of which is to partition the following described real estate situated in St. Clair County, Missouri, to-wit: The West 15 acres of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 39, Range 26, and the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 39, Range 26; and that unless the said Francis Baxter, Anna Cowan, Robert Cowan, J. C. Cowan, Marshall Cowan, O. P. Cowan, Anna Smith, W. P. Duvall, the unknown heirs of Joe Duvall, deceased, the unknown heirs of Vicie Jane Duvall, deceased, George Duvall, and the unknown heirs of R. C. Duvall, deceased, Fred Duvall, Ruth Duvall Holt, Beulah Duvall, whose married name is unknown to plaintiffs, Ray Duvall, and the four children whose names are unknown to plaintiffs being the heirs of J. P. Duvall, deceased, and the unknown heirs of Emily Kingcade, deceased, being six children whose ages and addresses are unknown to plaintiffs, and Sam Cowan, be and appear at this Court at the next term at the Court House in the city of Osceola, in said County, on the 19th day of June 1933, and on or before the first day of said Term, answer or plead to the petition in said cause, the same will be taken as confessed, and judgement will be rendered accordingly. And it is further ordered that a copy hereof, be published, according to law, in the St. Clair County Democrat, a newspaper published in said County of St. Clair for four weeks successively, published at least once a week, the last insertion to be at least thirty days before the first day of said next June Term of this Court.
