Stoddard Co. Missouri Book J., p.  314 & 315 Certificate No. 287   State of Missouri, County of Stoddard. To all to whom these presents  shall ome Greeting, whereas William L. Street deceased late of Stoddard County State of Missouri made full payment to the said County of Stoddard for the following described lands:  The South West fractional quarter and the south half of the South East quarter of Section number thirty (30) in Township Number twenty six (26) North of Range Number Twelve (12) East containing One Hundred and twenty six and no/100 acres according to the official plats of the survey of said lands returned to the General Law Office by the Surveyor General which is said tract has been purchased by the said William L. Street deceased.  Now know ye that the said County of Stoddard in consideration of the premises and in conformity with the laws of said State of Missouri in such cases made and provided have given grantor bargained ____ and conveyor and by these presents do give grant bargain ____ and convey unto the heirs of said William L. Street dec’d without prejudice to _________  of said deceased and to their heirs and assigns forever the above described land granted by the Government of the United States to the State of Missouri and by said State of Missouri to the said County of Stoddard; To have and to hold the above described lands with all the rights privileges immunities and appurtenances there to belonging to the said heirs of William L. Street dec~ as aforesaid and to their heirs and assigns forever.  In Testimony thereof I D. Starks, Crumb Commissioner duly appointed by the County Court of said Stoddard County to convey the above described lands belonging to the said County of Stoddard for and in behalf of said County have caused these letters to be made patent.  Given under my hand and ______   ______  commissioner aforesaid, at Bloomfield in said County this 16th day of February 1866.   D. Starks Crumb who is formally known to the undersigned Clerk of The circuit Court of Stoddard County to be the person whose name is subscribed to the foregoing letters patent as a party thereto and who is the Commissioner duly appointed by said County as aforesaid this day appeared before me and acknowledged that he executed and delivered the same as his voluntary act and _______ in the capacity and for the users and purposes therein _____ forth.
