I first I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife all my household goods and farming utensials all my grain all my cattle all my hogs one grey mare one Som... all debts due to me and all debts that I owe are to be paid by her all this she is to have and to hold so long as she remains a widdow and if she should marry the residue of the property is to be divided equaly among my children this day and date above mentioned. I John Senter do Solomnly swear that Benjamin McCullough now deceased this the Tenth day of December in the year of Our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and forty three publish the within and foregoing as his last will and testament that he was then of sound and disposing mind and memory that he Subscribed the same in my presence and that I signed my name as witness to the same at the request and in the presence of the Testator as also in the presence of Evan Evans the other Subscribing witness to this written will and that said Testator then and there declared the same to be his last testament John Senter sworn to and subscribed before the undersigned Clerk of the County Court of Stoddard County Missouri this 13 day of May AD 1844.
