Section the first I give bequthe to my beloved wife Syntha one third of all my real Estate allso one third of my personal property and effects, allso I give my wife Syntha one hundred and fifty dollars out of the other two thirds of my Estate which is to perches a place for my wife and Six yungest children that is with her to live on during her life time and at her death to be sold with all of the efects after the third if anything Should be left at her death it is to be sold and equally divided between my legal heirs. Section Second, I give to my daughter Syntha Rebecca twenty five dollars. Section Third, I give to my son James Taswell twenty five dollars section fourth I give my daughter Lewsinda Riley twenty five dollars. Section fifth, I give my Son Andrew Jackson twenty five dollars. Section sixth, I give my son Isaac Jasper twenty five. Section seventh I give my Son John Calvin twenty five dollars. Section eight, If there Sould bee any of my estate left after paying all the affoursaid sums in this will, My will is that it shall be equally divided between all of my children Sher and Sher a like. Section ninth, I give my Sone James Taswell one rifle gun I now have Section Tenth I now appointed my beloved wife Syntha Sanders and Jeremiah S. Rice Executrix and Executor of this my will this the ninth day of October in the year of Our Lord One Thousand eight hundred and forty six. Signed - James Sanders - his mark Test. William Wells Benjamin Snow State of Missouri, County of Stoddard I William Wells do Solemnly swear that James Sanders now deceased did on the ninth day of October Eighteen hundred and forty six publish the within forgoing as his last will and testament that he was then of sound and disposing mind and memory, that I Subscribed his name to the same at the request of said testator and that I signed my name as a witness to the same at the request and in the presence of the testator and also in the presence of Benjamin Snow the other subscribing witness to the foregoing will and that the said testator then and there declared the same to be his last will and testament.
