Johnson and Jonas Eaker to bear testimony of this my last will and testament in manner and form to wit: Knowing that all flesh is mortal First I will my soul in peace to God who gave it; Second my will is that my body be buried in a religious manner. Third -- My will is that my funeral expenses and all my first debts be fully paid Fourth I give and bequeath unto James Hill or his lawful heirs one dollar in current money of the United States. Fifth I give and bequeath unto John Hill one dollar in Lawful money of the United States Sixth-- I give and bequeath unto Alexander Hill one dollar in Lawful money of the United States Seventh I will and bequeath unto William Hill one dollar in lawful money of the United States Eighth I give and bequeath unto Adam Hill one dollar in lawful money of the United States Ninth -- I give and bequeath unto Thomas Hill one dollar in lawful money of the United States Tenth I give and bequeath unto Robert Hill one dollar in lawful money of the United States. Eleventh I give and bequeath unto Polly Eaker one dollar in lawful money of the United States Twelfth I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth Dunn one dollar in lawful money of the United States. Thirteenth I give and bequeath unto Leigh Hill one dollar in lawful money of the United States Fourteenth I give and bequeath unto Moses Hill one dollar in lawful money of the United States Fifteenth I give and bequeath unto Deborah Patten one dollar in lawful money of the United States Sixteenth I give and bequeath unto Margaret Croft one dollar in lawful money of the United States Seventeenth I give and bequeath unto William M. Jenkins and Edmond Jenkins all my personal and Real Estate that may be possessed of at my natural death. And lastly I hereby constitute and appoint William M. Jenkins and Edmond Jenkins be the Executors to this my last will and testament revoking and annulling all former wills by me made and ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament. Johnson and Jonas Eaker do Solemnly Swear that Andrew Hill now deceased did on the 11th day of December 1855 publish the foregoing as his Will and testament that he was then of Sound and disposing mind and Memory that Said testator Subscribed his name to said will in our presence and that we the said John M. Johnson and Jonas Eaker Signed our names as witnesses to Said Will at the request and in the presence of Said testator and also in the presence of each other, that Said will was made to the said testator in his hearing and he Signed his name to the Same in our presence.
