I Jesse Brown of Stoddard County in the State of Missouri being in sound mind do make this my last will and testament Revoking all those heretofore made and Enform all persons to observe it with Religious Exacness. Item. 1st I will and bequeath all the property I may be posesed of at my deceased of every description to my wife Mary Brown in trust for the maintenance of herself and children during the time she remains my widow but in chase of her again marying a fair and equal divide must be made of all the aforesaid property between my widow and my children. Item 2nd all debts payments & monies that may be due to me I give to my wife Marry Brown. And I do hereby appoint William Crites and Daniel Harty to be my Executors to this my last will and Testament.
