I have tried to keep the original spelling and punctuation as close to the

September 18th 1884
Know all Men by these Presents that I R.B. Roberson do Make this as My last
will & Testament that I bequeth to My wife Rebeckey Jane Robertson all off My
Personal Property & real Estate to have & to hold dewring her Natural life
after Selling a nough to Satify all My Just debts & at her deth all of Said
Property or So Much as there is left to go John W. Harris to have & to hold
with all the rights & Privileges ... belongin there too In witness whereof I
have asign My Name.

Probate Court of Stoddard County
In Vacation
On the 23rd day of September 1884 before Me P.G. Wilson Judge of the Probate
Court within and for Said county personly came B.F. Poe and L.L. Street by Me
duly Sworn on their oaths Says that they were present and Saw R. Bryant
Roberson Sigen the foregoing Instrument perporting to be his last will and
Testament and that at the time of Sigeing and Publishing the Same the Said R.
Bryant Roberson was of Sound and disposing Mind and that the deponants
Subscribed their names thereto as witness to the Same In the presents of and at
the request of the Testator and In the Presents of each other.

I P.G. Wilson Judge of the Probate Court of Stoddard County having Examined
the foregoing Instrument Purporting to be the last will and testament of R.
Bryant Roberson and Signed by him the Said R. Bryant Roberson and having heard
the Testamony of B.F. Poe and L.L. Street Subscribing witnesses thereto in
relation to the Execution of the same do declair and adJudge Said Instrument to
be last will and testament of the Said R. Bryant Roberson late of Stoddard
County deceased.  In testamony whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and affixed
the Seal of the Probate Court of Stoddard county at office in Bloomfield this
23rd day of September A.D. 1884.
