Ezell deceased Dexter City, Mo Mar. 28, 1891 The Following is the Will as given by Charles Ezell. Both Real Estate and personal Estate are to remain Sarah Jane Ezells so long as she lives at her death thirty dollars goes to John Allen Ezell and the Rest of the Estate is to be equally divided between the heirs except the family of W.J. Howell who is to have five dollars. Charles Ezell written by L. Stewart J.K.P. Robinson Richard Deoson Proof of Will State of Missouri, County of Stoddard In the Probate Court Be it Remembered that on this the 29th day of May A.D. 1891 before me Thomas Connelly Judge of the probate Court held in and for the county and State aforesaid, personally appeared J.K.P. Robinson and Richard Deoson who are the subscribing witnesses to the annexed will of Charles Ezell deceased and being by me first duly sworn on their oath depose and say That the said Charles Ezell the Testator subscribed the same in their presence and published and declared said will or Instrument of writing to be his last will and testament pg. 150 and that at the time of signing the same he the said testator was of sound and disposing mind and more than twenty-one years of age, and that said deponents attested said will as witnesses thereto by subscribing their names to the same in the presence of the Testator and of each other and at the request of the said testator. Connelly Judge of the Probate court of Stoddard County State of Missouri having Examined the foregoing Instrument purporting to be the Last Will of Chas Ezell deceased and having heard the testimony of J.K.P. Robinson and Richard Deason subscribing witnesses thereto in Relation of the Execution of the same do declare and adjudge said Instrument to be the Last Will and testament of the said Chas Ezell dec'd late of Stoddard County, Missouri. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said court at office in Bloomfield this 29th day of May A.D. 1891. Thos.
