I Sarah Spiller of the County of Stoddard and State of Missouri in my right mind do make this my last Will and Testament. After paying all just debts and my burial expenses, I do bequeath to my beloved Grand child Sarah A. Pruett one dollar in money. And to my beloved Daughter Joanna Spiller I do bequeath and devise my lands and tenements and all decidable interests therein, and in particular lot No. (17) in Connelly and Howell's addition in the town of Bernie in said county of Stoddard and State of Missouri. And I do also bequeath to the said Joanna Spiller all of my personal property consisting of moneys, accounts, books, notes, cattle hogs ... . Also all of my beds, bedding Household and Kitchen furniture of whatsoever description. Witness my signature, This 26th day of April A.D. 1894. Sarah Spiller - her mark Witnesses Sarah Graham J.D. Welch Jas. W. Evans Proof of Will State of Missouri, County of Stoddard In the Probate Court Be it Remembered that on this the 31st day of May A.D. 1894 in vacation before me Thos. Connelly Judge of the probate Court, held in and for the county aforesaid, personally appeared James W. Evans and Sarah Graham who are the subscribing witnesses to the annexed will of Sarah Spiller deceased and being by me first duly sworn depose and say That the said Sarah Spiller the Testator subscribed the same in our presence and published and declared said will or Instrument of writing to be her last will and testament and that at the time of signing the same he the said testator was of sound and pg. 168 disposing mind and more than twenty-one years of age, and that said deponents attested said will as witnesses thereto by subscribing their names to the same in the presence of the Testator and of each other and at the request of the said testator. Connelly of the Probate court of Stoddard County, State of Missouri having Examined the foregoing Instrument purporting to be the Last Will of Sarah Spiller deceased and signed by Sarah Graham and Jas. W. Evans and J.D. Welch and having heard the testimony of James W. Evans and Sarah Graham two of the subscribing witnesses thereto in Relation of the Execution of the same do declare and adjudge said Instrument to be the Last Will and testament of the said Sarah Spiller deceased late of Stoddard County, Missouri. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said court at office in City of Bloomfield this 31st day of May 1894. Thos.
