I J.W. May of the City of Dexter County of Stoddard State of Missouri being in feeble health but sound in mind and memory do make publish and declare this my last will and testament that is to say 1st I give and bequeath to my brother Charles May Lots 9-10-11&12 Block 1 McCallium addition to the city of Dexter Mo., Also I give and bequeath to my brother Charles May certificate No. 2707 for $1,000.00 in the Missouri Guarantee Savings & Building Association of Hannibul Mo., also three shares of stock in the Stoddard County Agricultural and Mercantile Society of Dexter Mo. 2nd I give and bequeath to my father Frank May and to my mother Mary O. May jointly a certain note secured by Trust Deed in Lot 109 situate in the City of Jackson, Mo., said note and trust deed given by my father and mother to me to secure parnnut... of said note. 3rd I give and bequeath to my sister Esther May my organ manufactured by Fort Wayne Organ Co., of fort Wayne, Ind. 4th In consideration of the above bequest made to my brother Charles May it is my wish and desire that he undertake and endeavor to provide for my father and mother support and take care of them during their natural life. 5th I hereby appoint J.H. McAnally sole executor of this my last will and testament. 6th I hereby revoke all former wills by me made. In witness hereof I hereunto set my hand this 17th Day of December 1894. J.W. McAnally Recorded Jany 8th 1895 pg. 183 State of Missouri, County of Stoddard In the Probate Court Be it Remembered that on this the 8th day of January A.D. 1895 before me D. Wilcox clerk of the probate Court in vacation held in and for the county and State aforesaid, personally appeared J.W. Mayes and J.W. Osborn who are the subscribing witnesses to the annexed will of J.W. May deceased and being by me first duly sworn depose and say That the said J.W. May the Testator subscribed the same in their presence and published and declared said will or Instrument of writing to be his last will and testament and that at the time of signing the same he the said testator was of sound and disposing mind and more than twenty-one years of age, and that said deponents attested said will as witnesses thereto by subscribing their names to the same in the presence of the Testator and of each other and at the request of the said testator. Mayes and J.W. Osborn subscribing witnesses thereto in Relation of the Execution of the same do declare and adjudge said Instrument to be the Last Will and testament of the said J.W. May deceased late of Stoddard County, Missouri. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said court at office in Bloomfield this 8th day of January 1895. D.
