Sheeks have four hundred dollars in cash all of my household and kitchen furniture. Second My will and desire is that the ballance of my estate both real and personal be divid equal of among my lawful heirs Emerson Sheeks, Amity Missouri Sedin, Elizabeth Steined, Manda Matilda Duncan Fannie V. Page my will is that after they pay what I hold against them that the ballance be equally divid between them after my just debetts is paid, My will is that my wife be my be executor signed and witnessed this 29th day of Jany 1895. Hill Certificate of Will State of Missouri, County of Stoddard In the Probate Court Be it Remembered that on this the 26th day of August A.D. 1895 before me R.W. Thompson Judge of the probate Court held in and for the county and State aforesaid, personally appeared Joseph Powell and A.D. Hill who are the subscribing witnesses to the annexed will of William Sheeks deceased and being by me first duly sworn depose and say That the said William Sheeks the Testator subscribed the same in their presence and published and declared said will or Instrument of writing to be his last will and testament and that at the time of signing the same he the said testator was of sound and disposing mind and more than twenty-one years of age, and that said deponents attested said will as witnesses thereto by subscribing their names to the same in the presence of the Testator and of each other and at the request of the said testator. Thompson Judge of the Probate court of Stoddard County State of Missouri having Examined the foregoing Instrument purporting to be the Last Will of William Sheeks and having heard the testimony of Joseph Powell and A.D. Hill subscribing witnesses thereto in Relation of the Execution of the same do declare and adjudge said Instrument to be the Last Will and testament of the said William Sheeks deceased late of Stoddard County, Missouri.
