I Robert A. Wilson aged 72 years being of sound mind do on this the 3rd day of July A.D. 1894 make and publish this my last will and testament revoking all former wills by me heretofore made. First. I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Nancy A. Wilson Six Hundred Dollars in money out of my estate, also all of my household and kitchen furniture that may be on hand at the time of my death. Second. I will and bequeath to my sister Mary R. Whitlege Two Hundred dollars in money out of my estate at the time of my death. Third. I will and bequeath to my Stepdaughter Emma J. McLane Two Hundred Dollars in money out of my estate at the time of my death. Fourth. I will and bequeath to Eddie McLane One hundred Dollars out of my estate at the time of my death. Fifth. I will and bequeath to Willis McLane One hundred Dollars out of my estate at the time of my death. Sixth. I will and bequeath to Joseph A. McLane one hundred dollars out of my estate at the time of my death. Seventh. I will and bequeath to Maggie May McLane one hundred dollars out of my estate at the time of my death. Eighth. I will and bequeath to my Stepson Thomas J. Wesley Two Hundred dollars out of my estate at the time of my death. Ninth. I will and bequeath that at my death my undivided one half interest in the mill property situated at Leon Mo. Be held in .... or until the heirs of Robert McLane Dec'd become of age at that time my interest in said property be sold and proceeds divided equally between my legal heir. Tenth. I will and bequeath that the remainder of my property at the time of my death be equally divided between all of my legal and lawful heirs. I desire that J.M. Hunt ..... qualify as my executor. McAnally pg. 202 Proof of Will State of Missouri, County of Stoddard In the Probate Court Be it Remembered that on this the 7th day of March A.D. 1898 before me D. Wilcox Clerk of the probate Court held in and for the county and State aforesaid, personally appeared John J. Dowdy and Joseph Howell who are the subscribing witnesses to the annexed will of Robert A. Wilson deceased, and being by me first duly sworn depose and say That the said Robert A. Wilson the Testator subscribed the same in their presence and published and declared said will or Instrument of writing to be his last will and testament and that at the time of signing the same he the said testator was of sound and disposing mind and more than twenty-one years of age, and that said deponents attested said will as witnesses thereto by subscribing their names to the same in the presence of the Testator and of each other and at the request of the said testator. Wilcox Clerk of the Probate court of Stoddard County State of Missouri having Examined the foregoing Instrument purporting to be the Last Will of Robert A. Wilson deceased and signed by Robert A. Wilson and having heard the testimony of John J. Dowdy and Joseph Howell subscribing witnesses thereto in Relation of the Execution of the same, do declare and adjudge said Instrument to be the Last Will of David Lewis deceased late of Stoddard County, Missouri. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said court at office in Bloomfield this 7th day of March 1898. D.
