Wamble of Stoddard County and State of Missouri Being of sound mind and memory Do make Publish and Declare this to be my Last Will and Testament to wit: First, All my just debts and funeral Expenses shall be first fully paid. Second, I give and bequeath to the hares of Mary E. Lizen Davis Decised I give Ten $10.00 and to the hares of John M. Wamble decist I give ten $10.00 and to the hares of Frances J. Melton ten $10.00 and to Margaret A. Snider my beloved Daughter ten $10.00 and to Joseph B. Wamble my beloved sun I Give ten $10.00 and to Josephen Baskins By Beloved daughter and Luiza Williams and William F. Wamble my beloved children I give to these there all of the Remander of my Property and moneys and effectes and equal partes to the there last named after all Debts and funirell Expences is paid. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 31 day of December A.D. 1898. P.G. Wamble - his mark attest G.W. Proof of Will State of Missouri, County of Stoddard In the Probate Court Be it Remembered that on this the 26th day of January A.D. 1899 before me Thomas Connelly Judge of the probate Court held in and for the county and State aforesaid, personally appeared George W. Patterson, W.F. Gibson and pg. 210 T.B. Stafford who are the subscribing witnesses to the annexed will of P.G. Wamble deceased, and being by me first duly sworn depose and say That the said P.G. Wamble the Testator, subscribed the same in their presence, and published and declared said will or Instrument of writing to be his last will and testament and that at the time of signing the same he, the said testator was of sound and disposing mind, and more than twenty-one years of age, and that said deponents attested said will as witnesses thereto, by subscribing their names to the same in the presence of the Testator and of each other and at the request of the said testator. Thomas Connelly Judge of Probate Certificate of Probate of Will State of Missouri, County of Stoddard In the Stoddard County Probate Court Jan 26 1899 January Term 1899 I Thomas Connelly Judge of the Probate court of Stoddard County, Missouri, having Examined the foregoing Instrument of date Dec 31st 1898 purporting to be the Last Will and testament of P.G. Wamble, deceased, late of Stoddard County and having heard the testimony of G.W. Patterson and W. P. Gibson and T.B. Stafford subscribing witnesses thereto in Relation of the Execution of the same, do declare and adjudge said Instrument of date December 31, 1898 to be the Last Will and testament of said P.G. Wamble deceased and the same is therefore admitted to Probate. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said court at office this 26th day of January 1899.
