I Will to my oldest Son James Wesley Mangum the sum of Ten Dollars, I will to my next oldest Son William Rufus Mangum the Sum of fifty Dollars, I will to my Son John Franklin Mangum the sum of Ten Dollars, and I will to my wife Arthemis Mattilda Mangum and her children with me Wiley Parson Mangum and Jessie Maniel Mangum all the remaining property I leave when all debts are paid, to have and hold as long as she (the mother) conducts herself as a Lady, and if not it goes over to my two youngest children. And I make Mr. Poel Hobbs my Executor to see that my will is fulfilled. Given with my own warm hand and handwriting. December 26th 1867. Wiley T. Erickson State of Missouri, County of Stoddard On Vacation of the Probate Court, Be it remembered that on the 2nd day of January 1868 personally appeared before me the undersigned Henry Renner Clerk of the Probate Court of the county of Stoddard and State of Missouri, Waldemar Allstrom M.D. and Leonilda M. Erickson the subscribing witnesses to the annexed will of Wiley P. Mangum and being by me first duly Sworn, depose and say that the said Wiley P. Mangum, the testator, subscribed the same in their presence, and published the said will or instrument of writing; as his last will and testament that he the said testator was at the time of publishing his said will of sound mind, and more than twenty one years of age, and that they the said deponents, attested the said will as witnesses thereto by subscribing their names to the same, in the presence of said testator Wildemar Allstrom M.D. Leonilda M.
