Hayden being of Sound mind and disposing memory do make this my last will and testament as follows. 1st I give and bequeath to John Henry Poffer a three year old roan colt. 2nd I give and bequeath unto Thomas M. Swindell one mule, one cow, and one side saddle, and household and Kitchen furniture and after all Just debts are paid to have the remainder of the money that is due to me revoking all former wills by me made. Gardner and Pride R. Bradshaw, who being by me duly sworn upon their oath say that they were present and saw Milchisedek Crews Sign the name of Elizabeth S. Hayden to the annexed instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of her the said Elizabeth S. Hayden in her presences and at her request and heard the said Elizabeth S. Hayden publish and declare the Same to be her last will and Testament, and that at the time of signing the same, the Said Elizabeth S. Hayden was of sound and disposing mind, and that these deponents subscribed their names thereto as witnesses to the same in the presence of each other and the Said testator, at the request of said Elizabeth S. Hayden and the Testimony of John Gardner and Pride R. Bradshaw the witnesses above named, do adjudge and declare the said instrument of writing to be the last will and Testament of Elizabeth S.
