Weber of the town of Bloomfield County of Stoddard and State of Missouri do hereby make publish and declare this my last will and testament as follows, that is to say: I hereby nominate and appoint my Brother Emil M. Weber of the city and county of St. Louis, Missouri executor of this My last will and testament and I hereby direct him to distribute my personal property, after paying all Just debts and expenses to and amongst those entitles thereto according to the laws of the State of Missouri. As I place full confidence in the integrity and ability of My Said brother to administer upon my estate as such executor. I further declare it to be my will, that, in order to do so he shall not be bound to make and execute a bond for the faithful discharge of his duties as such Executor under the statue of the State of Missouri concerning administration but letter testamentary may be granted to him by any court competent Jurisdiction without his executing such a bond and he shall be allowed to administer upon my estate as fully as if he had given such a bond. In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this 1st day of May AD 1866 at the town of Bloomfield State of Missouri--- Rad. F.W.E. Weber Signed and declared by the above named R.F.W.E. Weber to be his last will and testament in the presence of us who at pg. 42 his request & in his presence have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto. Adolph Bion Louis Fischer The State of Missouri To any Judge, Justice of the Peace or and Mayor or Chief Magistrate of any city in the State of Missouri, Greetings. Know ye that reposing confidence at your ability do hereby empower you to cause to come before you at a time and place to be by you appointed, Adolph Bion and Louis Fischer attesting witnesses to the annexed instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Randolph F.W.E. Weber deceased and the said Adolph Bion and Louis Fischer to examine on oath touching their knowledge of the execution of Said instrument of Writing, and of the condition of mind of the said Randolph F.W.E. Weber at the time of this publication of Said instrument of writing the examination of the said Adolph Bion and Louis Fischer then taken you will witness to writing and cause them to subscribe the same; and the examination then taken and subscribed you will certify to the clerk of our Probate Court within and for the Count of Stoddard under you hand. State of Missouri, County of Stoddard Before me the undersigned a Justice of the Peace for the Fourth Representative District in the county of St. Louis in the State of Missouri personally appeared Louis Fischer and being by me duly Sworn upon his oath State that Randolph F.M.E. Weber of the town of Bloomfield, County of Stoddard in Said State of Missouri, signed the will and testament annexed to the foregoing commission, as his last will and testament; and in the presence of this affiant, that said Randolph F.M.E. Weber was of sound and disposing mind that this affiant signed his name as a witness thereto in the presence of the testator and in the presence of Adolph Bion the other witness thereto; Louis Fischer pg. 43 Sworn to and subscribed before me this 15th day of August AD 1872. Michel Justice of the Peace 4th Representative District St. Louis County, State of Missouri State of Missouri, County of Stoddard Before me the undersigned a Justice of the Peace for the Fourth Representative District in the county of St. Louis in the State of Missouri personally appeared Adolph Bion and being by me duly Sworn upon his oath States that Randolph F.M.E. Weber of the town of Bloomfield, County of Stoddard in Said State of Missouri, signed the will and testament annexed to the foregoing commission, as his last will and testament; and in the presence of this affiant, that said Randolph F.M.E. Weber was of sound and disposing mind that this affiant signed his name as a witness thereto in the presence of the testator and in the presence of Louis Fischer the other witness thereto; Adolphe Bion Sworn to and subscribed before me this 15th day of August AD 1872. Michel whose name is subscribed to the foregoing certificate dated August 15th 1872 was on Said date an acting Justice of the Peace in and for said county duly commissioned and qualified and authorized to administer oaths that the signature thereto is genuine, as I believe, and that to all such his official acts, full faith and credit are and ought to be given--- In Testimony whereof I hereto set my hand and affix the Seal of Said Court at office in the city of St. Louis this 24th day of August Eighteen hundred and seventy two.
