Corbin's last will made on the 26th day of April 1875. I want James B. Corbin to have the yoke of oxen and wagon and have the rifle guns to have thirty one Steel traps. I want Joseph Wam Corbin to have the old Maire and have the double barel shot gun and the ammunition that belongs to it and thirty one traps and my cokview. I want Sarah Elizabeth Harper to have my administrator to pay her ten dollars out of the means after collected. Martha E. Harper to have ten dollars out of the Estate to be paid to her by the administrator after collected. Matilda Adline Rose to have ten dollars paid to her by the administrator after collected. July F.M.E. Guthridge to have five dollars paid to her by the administrator after collected. Elen Caroline Corbin my wife to have the young bay mare and the two mild cows and calfs and also all the hogs and to have the use of the farm her lifetime and to have all the remains in the farms household and farming implements. After the death of Elen Caroline my wife the land to be equally divided between Joseph Wam Corbin and Henry A. Corbin the line to run East and West. Henry A. Corbin to have the North End and Joseph Wam Corbin to have the South end of the said land. I want the administrator to take all the notes and Aquire all the debts and the records and his own fees and then if there is any thing left hold it and pay to the widow as She needs and if anything be left in the hands as the expiration of his time to be payed over to the widow. I want Joseph Mann Corbin and Henry N. Corbin to have all of the property that is willed to the widow at her death to be equally pg. 50 divided between the two boys afore mentioned. I want Jonathan Rose to take my business as administrator and mind it rite. James H. Corbin acknowledge this to be his last will for Jonathan Rose Justice of the Peace Castor Township of the county of Stoddard State of Missouri this the 29th day of April AD 1875. James H. In the Matter of proving the last will and testament of James Corbin, deceased late of Stoddard County. On this 15th day of May Ad 1875 before me Clerk of the County Court within and for said County personally came James B. Green and Alfred C. Bankson who being by me duly sworn by their oaths say that they were present and Saw James H. Corbin sign the foregoing instrument purporting to be his last will and testament and heard him publish and declare the same to be his last will and testament and that at the time of signing and publishing the same the said James H. Corbin was of sound and disposing mind and that these deponents subscribed their names thereto as witnesses to the same in the presence and at the request of said testator and in the presence of each other. Pg. 51 Certificate of Probate State of Missouri, County of Stoddard In the County Court of Stoddard County, I Robert W. Christy Clerk of the County court of Stoddard county having examined the foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and Testament of James H. Corbin and signed by him and having heard the Testimony of James B. Green and Alfred C. Bankson subscribing witnesses there to in relation to the execution of the same do adjudge said instrument be the last will and Testament of the said James H. Corbin, deceased to be of Stoddard County. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand, and affixed my official seal, at office in Bloomfield this 15th day of May 1875.
