I John Scott of the County of Dunklin and State of Missouri being of Sound Mind and disposing Memory do make ordain Establish and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. This my last will and desire. First that at my death my funeral Expenses and all my Just debts be paid out of my personal affects or property. Second. It is my will that My affectionate and beloved wife Durniday Scott have use and enjoy all of her natural life the home and farm where I now reside it being the North half of lot No. Two of the North East quarter of Section No. Thirty and the South half of lot No. Two of the East quarter of Section No. Nineteen all in Township No. Nineteen North of Range No. Ten East and lying in Said county of Dunklin and also all my money and personal property and effects of whatsoever Kind or description left after the payment of my of my Just debts as aforesaid. Third I will that at my death My wife Durniday Scott all the money and personal property and effects that may remain after the payment of the funeral Expenses and Just debts go to and become the property of her heirs To wit William R. Faugh Gorden Scott and Manerva Rice wife of Samuel Rice and Christopher Columbus to be Equally divided between the aforesaid children. Fourth I will and bequeath to my daughter Allifir now wife of Peter Daily five dollars in full of her share of my Estate. Fifth I will and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth wife of Asa Harris five dollars in full of her share of my Estate. Sixth I will and bequeath to my so Willie Scott five dollars in full of his share of my Estate.
