I want Allis Jones to have the Mare named Fila. I want Rhonda Adaline Romines to have all the balance of the Land her lifetime and at her death Thomas and Charles to have Forty acres of land a piece then what is left to be divided equally amongst all the heirs. Woodward Phillip Collins State of Missouri, County of Stoddard In the County Court Transacting Probate Business of Stoddard County. In the Matter of proving the last will and testament of Tennessee Romines, deceased late of Stoddard County. On this 31st day of December AD 1875 before me Clerk of the County Court within and for said County, personally appeared William Tippen and Thomas C. Woodward, who being by me duly sworn, on their oath say, that he was present and Saw and heard Tennessee Romines sign and direct the foregoing instrument purporting to be his last will and testament and heard him publish and declare the same to be his last will and testament; that the said, William Tippen subscribed and signed the said testators name to the same at said testators instance and request and that the said Thomas C. Woodward saw the Said Tippen so subscribe the same and heard the said Tennessee Romines was of sound and disposing mind and that these deponents, William Tippen and Thomas C. Woodward subscribed their names thereto as witnesses to the same in the presence and at the request of the said testator and in the presence of each other. William Tippen Thomas C. Woodward. State of Missouri, County of Stoddard In the County Court Transacting Probate Business of Stoddard County, Missouri. I R.W. Christy Clerk of County Court within and for said county, having examined the foregoing instrument, purporting to be the last will and testament of and signed by Tennessee Romines, and having seen and heard the testimony of William Tippen and Thomas C. Woodward, subscribing witnesses thereto in relation to the execution of the same, do declare and adjudge said instrument to be the last will and testament of the said Tennessee Romines, deceased, last of Stoddard County.
