Know all men by these presents, that I do make this my last will and testamony; and do hereby give and bequeath unto Rebecca C. Utt my beloved wife and her heirs and assigns forever all the personal property goods and chattels, Notes and of accounts, Bonds Mortgages Moneys and effects, together with all the real estate which is now or may hereafter come unto me by heirship or otherwise, after the payment of my Just and honest debts, to have and to hold the same with all the rights and privilege and appertances there. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal here at Poplins Mill in Stoddard County Mo. This the 7th day of March A.D. 1876 M.D. Utt Attest. John F. Stacey - his mark Hiram Londen State of Missouri, County of Stoddard For the County Court Be it remembered that on the 24th day of April AD 1876 personally appeared before the undersigned R.W. Christy Clerk of the county Court of the county and State aforesaid John F. Herron and John Swan two of the subscribing witnesses to the annexed will of M.D. Utt and being by me first duly Sworn, depose and say that the said M.D. Utt the testator subscribed the same in their presence and published the Said Will or Instrument of writing as his last will and that he the said testator was at the time of Publishing his said Will of Sound mind and more than twenty one years of age and that they the said deponents attested the said Will as witnesses thereto by subscribing their names to the same in the presence of said testator and at his request and in the presence of each other. Wilson Justice of the County Court within and for the County of Stoddard and State of Missouri having examined the annexed instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and Testament of and signed by M.D. Utt and having seen and taken the testimony of John F. Herron and John Swan two of the subscribing witnesses thereto in relation to the execution of the same, do declare and adjudge said Instrument to be the last Will and Testament of the said M.D. Utt deceased, late of Stoddard county, Missouri. In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed the seal of our said County Court at office in Bloomfield this 25th day of April A.D. 1876. P.G.
