Williams and Joseph A. Williams equally all the personal or perishable property to be equally divided between James D. Williams, George W. Leech and Joseph A. Williams. I hereby certify that this is a true coppy of my will written on the 11th day of May A.D. 1870. Allen Williams We attest the above and foregoing will by subscribing our names hereto as witnesses in the presents of Allen Williams the testator this the 11th day of May AD 1870. Terry F. Poe John Brooks State of Missouri, County of Stoddard On vacation of the County Court pg. 70 Be it remembered that on the 12th day of October AD 1876 personally appeared before the undersigned R.W. Christy Clerk of the county Court of the county and State aforesaid John Brooks One of the subscribing witnesses to the annexed will of Allen Williams and being by me first duly Sworn, deposes and says that the said Allen Williams the testator, subscribed the same in their presence and the presence of Terry F. Poe the other subscribing witness thereto and published the Said Will or Instrument of writing as his last will; That he the said testator was at the time of Publishing his said Will of Sound mind and more than twenty one years of age and that he the said deponent attested the said Will as a witness thereto by subscribing his name to the same in the presence of said testator and at his request and in the presence of the said Terry F. Poe the other subscribing witness. John Brooks Sworn to and subscribed before me this 12th day of October A.D. 1876 R.W. Christy Clerk by Stephen Chapman Deputy State of Missouri, County of Stoddard In vacation of the County Court Benjamin F. Poe and James H. Poe of lawful age being duly sworn by me the undersigned Clerk of the county Court of said County, depose and say that they are both well acquainted with Terry F. Poe one of the subscribing witnesses to the annexed will of Allen Williams deceased. Ant that they have frequently seen the signature of the said Terry F. Poe, and that is the best of there knowledge and belief the signature of the said Terry f. Poe to the annexed will of said Allen Williams is in the proper hand writing of the said Terry F. Poe. Christy Clerk of the County Court within and for the County of Stoddard and State of Missouri having examined the annexed instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and Testament of and signed by Allen Williams and having seen, heard and taken the testimony of John Brooks one of the subscribing witnesses thereto in pg. 71 relation to the execution of the same, and of James H. Poe and Benjamin F. Poe, as to the signature of Terry F. Poe one of the subscribing witnesses to said will whose place of residence is not known, do declare and adjudge said Instrument to be the last Will and Testament of the said Allen Williams deceased, late of Stoddard county, Missouri. In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed the seal of our said County Court at office in Bloomfield this 18th day of November A.D. 1876. R.W.
