State of Missouri,
County of Stoddard

To all persons, to whom these presents Shall come Greeting;
Know ye, that the last Will of Rudolph F.W.E. Weber, deceased,  hath in due form of law, been exhibited, proved and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Probate for Stoddard County, a copy of which is hereto annexed; and inasmuch as it appears that Emil Weber has been appointed executor, in and by the said last will to execute the same, and to the end that the property of the testator may be preserved for those who shall appear to have a legal right or interest therein; and that the Said last will may be executed according to the request of the testator.  I do hereby  authorize him, the said Emil Weber as such Executor, to collect and secure, all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits, which were of the said Randolph F.W.E. Weber at the time of her death, in whosoever possession the same may be found; and to perform and fulfill all such duties as may be enjoined upon him by said will, so far as these shall be property, and the law charges him, and in general to do and perform all other things which now are, or hereafter may be required of him by law.

In Testimony whereof I Stephen Chapman Clerk of the County Court in and for said County of Stoddard, have hereunto signed my name and affixed the seal of said court, at office, this 2nd  day of September A.D. 1872.

I S. Chapman Clerk of the Probate Court within and for the county of Stoddard aforesaid do hereby certify that the foregoing letters Testimentary are duly recorded in my office in book "C" at page 121.

In testimony whereof I hereunto sign my name and affix the seal of said court at my office in Bloomfield this 2nd day of September A.D. 1872.
