Nations as securities are held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri in the Sum of Two Thousand Dollars, for the payment of which we bind ourselves and our heirs, executors and administrators firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated this 26th day of April A.D. 1881. The Condition of the above bond is that William N. Pharris Executor of the last will and testament of Giles F. Draper, deceased, Shall make a perfect inventory of the Estate of deceased, and faithfully execute the last will of Said Testator, pay all debts and legacies as far as the assets will extend and law directs, render just accounts, and faithfully perform all things required by law touching Such Executorship Attest: William N. Pharris John Neweviner G.J. Nations I Giles F. Draper of the county of Stoddard in the State of Missouri do make and Publish this my last will and testament 1st I give and devise to my Nephew William Nathan Pharris his heirs and assigns all of my Real Estate Situated in the county pg. 148 Stoddard State of Missouri to have and to hold to him his heirs and assigns forever. 2nd I give and bequeath unto James L. Hale my Nephew one dollar. 3rd I give and bequeath unto my niece Laura Hale one dollar. 4th and lastly as to all the rest and remainder of my Personal Estate after payment of all just debts I give and bequeath to my Nephew William Nathan Pharris, and I hereby appoint William Nathan Pharris Sole Executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former by me made.
