Miller upon application for Letters Testamentary upon the Estate of Margarett E. Miller, Dec. Being by me the undersigned Clerk of the Probate court within and for the Said county of Stoddard first duly Sworn Says that he will make a perfect Inventory of the Estate of said deceased and faithfully Execute the last will of the testator pay the debts and Legacies As far as the assets will extend and Law direct Render just accounts and faithfully inform all perform all things required by Law touching such Executorship. George F. Miller Subscribed and Sworn to before me this Thirteenth day of September A.D. 1881 T.H. Mauldin Clerk Know all men by these presents, That we George F. Miller as Principal and P.G. Nelsan, and G.W. Ellis as securities and held firmly bond unto State of Missouri, in the Sum of One Thousand Dollars, for the payment of which we bind ourselves and our heirs, executors and administrators firmly by these presents. Sealed with our Seals and dated this 30th day of September A.D. 1881. The Condition of the above bond is such that if the Said George F. Miller executor of the Last Will and Testament of said Testator pay the debts and Legacies as far as the assets will extend and the law directs render just accounts and faithfully perform all things required by law touching such executorship.
