Sielert, deceased, late of Stoddard County, Missouri, hath in due form of law, been exhibited, proved and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Probate Court of Stoddard County, Missouri, a copy of which is hereunto annexed and in as much as it appears that Cary P. Hollis has been appointed Executor in and by said last will and Testament to execute the same and to the end that the property of the said testator may be preserved for those who shall appear to have a legal right or interest therein; and that the Said last will and Testament may be executed according to the request and instruction of the said Testator. We do hereby authorize the said Cary P. Hollis as such Executor to collect and secure, all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits, which were of the said Minnie A. Sielert, at the time of her death, in whosoever hands or possession the same may be found; and to perform and fulfill all such duties as may be enjoined upon him by said Last will and Testament, so far as there shall be property, and the law charged and in general to do and perform all other acts which now are, or maybe hereafter required of him by law. In Testimony whereof I pg. 160 J. R. Williamson Clerk of the Probate Court in and for said County, have hereunto signed my name and affixed the seal of said court, at office in Bloomfield, this 12th day of March A.D. 1884. J.R. Williamson, Clerk of the Probate Court Executors Bond or Bond of Administrations with will Annexed We Cary P. Hollis as principal and S.L. Hollis and D.J. Hollis as Securities are held and firmly Bound unto the State of Missouri in the Sum of Five hundred dollars for the payment of which we do bind ourselves our heirs Executors and administrators firmly by this presents Sealed with our Seal and dated at Bloomfield in the State aforesaid this 12th day of March A.D. 1884 The condition of the above Bond is that if the Said Cary P. Hollis Executor of the last will and testament of Said Minnie A. Sielert, deceased late of Stoddard County Missouri Shall well and faithfully Execute the Said last will and testament and Shall make true and faithful inventory returns and settlements of accounts of the Estate of the Said testators according to law and Shall moreover do and perform all other matters and things touching the Execution of the Said last will and testament as is or shall be prescribed by law or enjoined on by the order sentence or decree any court having competent Jurisdiction then this obligation to be void and of no effect otherwise to Remain in full force. Cary P. Hollis S.L. Hollis D.J. Hollis pg. 161 Oath State of Missouri County of Stoddard The undersigned C.P. Hollis Executor of the last will and testament of Minnie A. Sielert deceased late of Stoddard County Missouri personally appeared before me the Judge of the Probate court in and for Stoddard County State of Missouri and being duly Sworn by me upon oath Says that he will Make a true and perfect inventory of all and Singular the goods and chattels lands and tenements rights and credits of the said testator according to law and will well and truly Execute or administer the last will and testament of the said testator by paying first his debts and then the legacies contained in said last will and testament as far as the assets of the said testator will Extend and the law directs render just accounts and faithfully perform all things required by law touching such executorship or administration.
