Robersen do make this as my last will & testament that I Bequeth to my wife Rebecky Jane Robersen all of my Personal Proberty & Real Estate to have & to hold during her natural life after selling a nugh to Satisfy all of My Just debts & at her death all of Said Property or So much as their is left to go John W. Bryant Robersen deceased being me the undersigned Judge of the Probate court within and for said county first duly sworn say that he will make a Perfect Inventory of the Estate of Said deceased and faithfully Execute the last will of the Testator Pay the debts and legacies as far as the assets will extend and the law directs render just accounts and faithfully perform all things required by law touching such executorship. William Elmore - his mark Subscribed and Sworn to before me this 23rd day of September A.D. 1884 P.G. Wilson Judge of Probate Know all men by these Presents That We William T. Elmore as principal and L.L. Street, B.F. Poe and Rebecca J. Robersen as Securities are held and firmly Bound unto the State of Missouri in the Sum of Five hundred dollars for the payment of which we do bind ourselves our heirs Executors and administrators firmly by this presents Sealed with our Seal and dated this 23rd day of September A.D. 1884 The condition of the above Bond is that William T. Elmore Administrator with the will annexed of R. Bryant Robersen, deceased Shall make a perfect inventory of the Estate of the Said deceased and faithfully execute the last will of said testator. Williamson Clerk of Probate Letters Testamentary State of Missouri, County of Stoddard To all to whom these presents Shall come Greeting: Know ye that the last will and Testament of R. Bryant Robertsen, deceased, late of Stoddard County, Missouri, hath in due form of law, been exhibited, proved and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Probate Court of Stoddard County, Missouri, a copy of which is hereunto annexed and inasmuch as it appears that no Executor has been appointed by said R. Bryant Robersen in and by said last will and Testament to execute the same and to the end that the property of the said testator may be preserved for those who shall appear to have a legal right or interest therein; and that the Said last will and Testament may be executed according to the request and instruction of the said Testator. We do hereby authorize and appoint William T. Elmore Administrator of said R. Bryant Robersen with thewill annexed and authorize pg. 167 him as such Administrator to collect and secure, all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits, which were of the said R. Bryant Robersen, at the time of his death, in whomsoever hands or possession the same may be found; and to perform and fulfill all such duties as may be enjoined upon him by said Last will and Testament, so far as there shall be property, and the law charged and in general to do and perform all other acts which now are, or maybe hereafter required of him by law.
