Bollinger as principal and George Houck and J.W. Farris as securities acknowledge ourselves indebted to the State of Missouri in the sum of One hundred and fifty dollars, for the payment of which we bind ourselves our heirs, executors administrators, Jointly severally and firmly by these presents. Given under our hands and seals this 26th day of July 1892. The condition of the above bond is such that if the said D.A. Bollinger administrator of the Estate of Abram Brantz now in the hands of the Montgomery County Court in the State of Tennessee, and properly manages and distributes the same and performs all other things touching said matter required by law or the order or decree of any court having jurisdiction, then the above bond to be void otherwise to remain in force.
