Jenkins In the name of God, Amen. I Robert A. Jenkins of the county of Stoddard and State of Missouri, aged Sixty five, being in my right mind do make and publish this my last Will and testament as follows: - I give and bequeath to my beloved wife all my real estate and all my personal property of every description to have and to hold and have the control of the same so long as she may live. I name my son Thomas C. Jenkins as Executor of the will. R.A. Jenkins Witnessed by: Wm. Schism S.M. Robinson Dated April (2) second 1902. Filed April (5) Fifth 1902. Thos. Connelly Probate Judge Proof of Will State of Missouri, County of Stoddard In the Probate Court Be it Remembered, That on this the (5th) fifth day of April A.D. 1902, before me, Thomas Connelly, Judge of Probate Court, held in and for the county and State aforesaid, personally appeared S.M. Robinson and Wm. Schism, who are the subscribing witnesses to the annexed will of R.A. Jenkins deceased, and being by me first duly sworn, depose and say that the said R.A. Jenkins the Testator, subscribed the same in their presence, and pg. 199 published and declared said Will or Instrument of Writing to be his last Will and Testament, and that at the time of signing the same, he, the said testator was of sound and disposing mind, and more than twenty-one years of age, and that said deponents attested said will as witnesses thereto, by subscribing his name to the same in the presence of the Testator, and of each other, and at the request of the said testator. S.M. Robinson Wm. Schism Sworn to and Subscribed before me, this 5th day of April A.D. 1902. Thomas Connelly Judge of Probate Certificate of Probate State of Missouri, County of Stoddard In the Stoddard County Probate Court, in vacation April 7th 1902 I, Thomas Connelly , Judge of the Probate Court of Stoddard County, Missouri, having Examined the foregoing Instrument of date April Second (2)1902, purporting to be the Last Will and testament of R. A. Jenkins deceased, and signed by said R.A. Jenkins, deceased, late of Stoddard County and having heard the testimony of S.M. Robinson and Wm. Schism, subscribing witnesses thereto, in Relation of the Execution of the same, do declare and adjudge said Instrument of date April 2, 1902 the Last Will and testament of pg. 200 said R.A. Jenkins deceased, and the same is therefore admitted to Probate and ordered filed and of record.. In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said Court at office this 7th day of April 1902. Thomas Connelly Probate Judge Filed Apr 7 - 1902 W.L. Tucker Probate Clerk Executors Bond We Thomas C. Jenkins, as principal and J.R. Robertson and S.R. Harper as Securities are held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri, in the sum Six hundred Dollars, for the payment of which we do hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, firmly by these presents Sealed with our seals and dated at Bloomfield, in the State aforesaid, this 7th day of April A.D. 1902. The condition of the above Bond is that if the said Thomas C. Jenkins Executor of the Last Will and Testament of R.A. Jenkins deceased late of Stoddard county, Missouri shall well and faithfully execute the said last Will and Testament, and shall make true and faithful inventories returns and settlements of accounts of the Estate of said Testator, according to law and shall moreover, do and perform all other matters and things touching the pg. 201 execution of said Last Will and Testament, as are or shall be prescribed by law or enjoined on by the order, sentence or decree of any court having competent jurisdiction, then this obligation to be void and of no effect; otherwise to remain in full force.
