Tucker as principal and C.A. Moseby and Ralph Wammack as securities acknowledge ourselves indebted to the State of Missouri in the sum of One Thousand ($1000.) dollars, for the payment of which we bind ourselves our heirs, executors administrators, Jointly severally and firmly by these presents. The condition of the above bond is such, however, that whereas, the said W.L. Tucker was on the 2nd day of January 1903 duly appointed by the Probate Judge to the office of Clerk of the Probate Court of the County of Stoddard in the State of Missouri, and has been duly commissioned. Now, therefore, if the said W.L. Tucker shall well and truly perform the duties of clerk of the Probate Court of Stoddard County Missouri to which he has been duly appointed, and pay over all fees and costs coming into his hands to the persons entitled to the same.
