in the County of Stoddard, Missouri
Book C pg. 226-227

Bond of Clerk of the Probate Court

We Kathleen Maupin as principal and M.J. Tucker and Mrs. C.H. Maupin as
securities,  are held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri in the sum of
One Thousand ($1,000) dollars, for the payment of which we hereby bind
ourselves our heirs, executors administrators, Jointly severally and jointly by
these presents.

The condition of the above bond is such, however,  that whereas, the said
Kathleen Maupin has been appointed by the probate Court of Stoddard County,
Missouri Clerk of said Court and has been duly commissioned as such.

Now, if the said Kathleen Maupin  shall faithfully discharge her duties of
clerk of said Probate Court of Stoddard County Missouri according to, then this
bond to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and effect.

In Testimony whereof, We have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals
this 21st day of August A.D.  1931.
