I, Edward Marcus Nunnelee being of sound and disposing mind and memory, but knowing the uncertainty of human life, do now make, declare, and publish this as and for my last will and testament, that is to say: I give, devise and bequeath my residence to my wife Mary Louise Nunnelee. My various stock to her and the balance of my estate to be divided equally to Frances Louis Nunnelee, daughter, and Edward Marcus Nunnelee, Jr. - son. All obligations to be paid by my wife. I nominate J. fred Nonnelee and Mary Louis Nunnelee as executor (or executrix) without bond. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this 22nd day of April 1917. Edward Marcus Nunnelee Signed, published and declared by said Edward Marcus Nunnelee the testator, as and for his last will and testament; and we at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other, have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto, this 22nd day of April A.D., 1919. Fred Nunnelee and Mary Louise Nunnelee - ha -ve - been appointed execut -ors - in and by said Last Will and Testament, to execute the same, and to the end that the property of the said Testator may be preserved for those who shall appear to have a legal right or interest therein, and that the said Last Will and Testament may be executed according to the request and instruction of the said Testator, we do hereby authorize - them - the said - J. Fred Nunnelee and Mary Louise Nunnelee - as such Execut- ors -, to collect and secure, all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits, which were of the said - Edward Marcus Nunnelee - at the time of h -is - death, in whosoever hands or possession the same may be found; and to perform and fulfill all such duties as may be enjoined upon -them - by said Last Will and Testament, so far as there shall be property and the law charge - them - ; and in general to do and perform all other acts which are now or may be hereafter required of -them - by law.
