McCray of the City of Dexter, in the County of Stoddard and State of Missouri, do hereby revoke and annull any and all Last Wills and Testaments or Testamentary dispositions, which I may have heretofore made and herewith, do file, publish and declare the following to be my Last Will and Testament, to wit: (1) I will and direct that all my just debts and all of my Testamentary and funeral expenses be first paid. (2) I give and bequeath the sum of fifty Dollars ($50.00) to my Daughter, Ula Lippard, and the sum of Fifty dollars ($50.00) to Marlin McCray, my son, and Twenty Five dollars ($25.00) each to my grandson, Garret McCray and my grand daughter, Lois McCray, and no more. (3) The rest and residue of my estate, real, personal or mixed, legal or equitable, that I may die seized and possessed of, or which is coming owing or belonging to me, at the time of my death, or whosoever it may be situated, I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Ella McCray to have and to hold the same unto my said wife, her heirs and assigns forever. (4) I, further, will and direct and herewith give and grant to my said wife, full power and authority to sell and convey my personal estate and the fee simple title in and to my said real estate and to execute the necessary Deeds or instruments in writing therefor, the proceeds of such sale or the personal or real estate into which they may have merged or vested to be held by my said wife absolutely and unto her, her heirs, and assigns forever. (5) I appoint and nominate my beloved wife, Ella McCray executrix of this, my last will and testament, and herewith direct that she shall not be required to give bond or security as such executrix. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand at Dexter, Stoddard County, Missouri, this the 23rd day of February, A.D. 1921. S.E. McCray The above and foregoing was by S.E. McCray signed, executed and declared to be his last will and testament, in the presence of us, the subscribing witnesses, who in his presence and the presence of each other, at his request, have hereunto signed our names as such subscribing witnesses in the city of Dexter, County of Stoddard and State of Missouri, this the 23rd day of February A.D. 1921. Walker Cooper, Judge of Probate, personally appeared Ella McCray, who being duly sworn, says that to the best information and belief of affiant S.E. McCray died testate at Dexter, Missouri on the 10th day of April, 1921, leaving as his heirs at law Ella McCray, widow, of Dexter, Mo.; Ula Lippard, daughter, of Dexter, Mo.; Marlin McCray, son, of Tom-Nolen, Miss.; Garret McCray grand son of Vincennes, Ind. And Lois McCray, grand-daughter, of Indianapolis, Ind. The said Garret McCray and Lois McCray being the only children of Robert E. McCray, a deceased son. Walker Cooper, Judge - of the-Probate -Court, held in and for - the County of Stoddard -and State of Missouri, personally appeared - Charles Liles and O.E. Jones - who being duly sworn upon -their -oath, depose- -and say- -that they- -w -ere - present and saw -S.E. McCray - sign the foregoing instrument, of date -February 23rd - 19 - 21 - purporting to be - - the Last Will and Testament of h - im -the said - S.E. McCray - and heard - Him -publish and declare the same to be h -is - Last Will and Testament, and that at the time of signing the same, the said -S.E. McCray -was of sound and disposing mind, and that th -ese - deponent - s - attesting witness - es - subscribed their names thereto as witnesses to the same in the presence of the testat - or - and of each other, and at the request of the said testat -or - who was more than 21 years of age at the date of so declaring and signing said instrument. Walker Cooper, Judge - of the-Probate-Court-Stoddard -County, Missouri, having examined the foregoing instrument purporting to be - - the Last Will and Testament of -S.E. McCray - deceased, and signed by said -S.E. McCray - deceased, late of-Stoddard -County,-Missouri -and having heard the testimony of - Charles Liles - and - O.E. Jones - subscribing witnesses thereto, in relation to the execution of the same, do declare and adjudge said Instrument -is - the Last Will and Testament of said - S.E. McCray - deceased, and the same is therefore -admitted to probate. McCray - deceased, late of-Stoddard -County, Missouri, hath, in due form of law been exhibited, proved and recorded, in the office of the -Judge - of the Probate Court of-Stoddard -County, Missouri, a copy of which is hereunto annexed; and Inasmuch as it appears that - Ella McCray - ha -s - been appointed execut -rix - in and by said Last Will and Testament, to execute the same, and to the end that the property of the said Testator may be preserved for those who shall appear to have a legal right or interest therein, and that the said Last Will and Testament may be executed according to the request and instruction of the said Testator, we do hereby authorize -her - the said - Ella McCray - as such Execut- rix -, to collect and secure, all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits, which were of the said - S.E. McCray - at the time of h -is - death, in whosoever hands or possession the same may be found; and to perform and fulfill all such duties as may be enjoined upon - her - by said Last Will and Testament, so far as there shall be property and the law charge - her - ; and in general to do and perform all other acts which are now or may be hereafter required of -her - by law.
