I hereby give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Sarah Brown to have and to hold for her natural life my entire estate whatsoever, real and personal and wherever situated, and at her {death} to be equally divided between my three children to wit: Fannie Gillispie wife of Pink Gillispie, Andy J. Brown and Ida Williams wife of Dr. F.M. Williams or the descendants of such as shall not then be living to have and to hold to them their heirs forever. The devise and bequest to my said wife is to be in lieu of Dower, and of all the right of Dower in any lands and tenements of which I may be seized during my marriage with same Sarah Brown. I do hereby appoint George A. Jolly, Eldon Phillips M.D., George W. McDavid -who being duly sworn upon- their -oath, depose- -and say- -that-they -w-ere -present and saw-Augustine Brown sign the foregoing instrument, of date- July 30th -19-03 -purporting to be-a will the Last Will and Testament of h-him -the said-Augustine Brown, M.D. -and heard-him -publish and declare the same to be h-is -Last Will and Testament, and that at the time of signing the same, the said- Augustine Brown M.D. -was of sound and disposing mind, and that th- e-deponent-s A.J.
