Wilson In the Name of God Amen. I, Julia A. Wilson, of Stoddard County, Missouri, being of sound mind and desirous to make distribution of my property, do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form, as follows: Item I. My wish is that all my just debts be paid, and that my funeral expenses be paid and that they be in keeping with my property holdings with which I may die possessed. Item II. My wich is that a suitable marker or grave stone be placed at my grave. Item III. To my beloved mother, Agnes Higginbotham, I will and bequeath one dollar. Item IV. To my beloved brother J. Lawson Higginbotham, I will and bequeath one dollar. Item V. To my beloved sister Amanda Ward, I will and bequeath one dollar Item VI. To my beloved niece Nancy Vancel, I will and bequeath one dollar Item VII. To my beloved niece Etta Bullock, I will and bequeath one dollar Item VII. To my beloved niece Anna Whitacker, I will and bequeath one dollar Item IX. To my beloved niece Amanda Barker, I will and bequeath one dollar Item X. To my beloved niece Bessie Daniel, I will and bequeath one dollar Item XI. To my beloved nephew James Higginbotham, I will and bequeath one dollar The above mentioned, Nancy Vacel, Etta Bullock, Anna Whitacker, Amanda Barker, Bessie Daniel and James Higginbotham being children of my beloved brother John Higginbotham now deceased. Item XII. To my beloved husband, John O. Wilson, I will and bequeath, after the foregoing have been fully discharged, all the remainder of my property, both personal and mixed, and all lands or real estate, and all property of whatever nature, which may belong to me or stand of record in my name at the time of my death. I hereby revoke any former Will by me made. Item XII. I hereby appoint and constitute C.R. Ward of Stoddard County, Missouri, Executor of this my last will and testament. In case that said C.R. Ward should die prior to my death, I appoint, in that event, Joseph Ward of Stoddard County, Missouri to be executor of this My Last Will and Testament. Green, Judge - of the-Probate -Court, held in and for - the County of Stoddard -and State of Missouri, personally appeared - J.F. Vincent and J.E. Vincent - who being duly sworn upon -their -oaths, depose- - and say- -that - they - w -ere- present and saw -Julia A. Wilson - sign the foregoing instrument, of date -January 3rd - 19 -10 - purporting to be - - the Last Will and Testament of h -er - the said -Julia A. Wilson - deceased, late of-Stoddard - County, Missouri, hath, in due form of law been exhibited, proved and recorded, in the office of the -Judge - of the Probate Court of-Stoddard -County, Missouri, a copy of which is hereunto annexed; and Inasmuch as it appears that -C.R. Ward - ha -s - been appointed execut -or - in and by said Last Will and Testament, to execute the same, and to the end that the property of the said Testator may be preserved for those who shall appear to have a legal right or interest therein, and that the said Last Will and Testament may be executed according to the request and instruction of the said Testator, we do hereby authorize -him - the said - C.R. Ward - as such Execut-or -, to collect and secure, all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits, which were of the said -Julia A. Wilson - at the time of h -er - death, in whosoever hands or possession the same may be found; and to perform and fulfill all such duties as may be enjoined upon -him - by said Last Will and Testament, so far as there shall be property and the law charge -him - ; and in general to do and perform all other acts which are now or may be hereafter required of -him - by law.
