Lacy, Being in Bad helth but of sound mind do this day make my last Will and Testament and dispose of my Affects in the following manner to wit first my funeral Expenses Be Paid out of my Affects Second my Doctor Bill third all just debts if any fourth that I Will and bequeath to my son William F. Lacy one dollar and the remainder to Be Equally divded Between My Wife Jane Lacy and the rest of my Children to Wit James M. Lacy, Daniel W. Lacy, July A. Lacy and I futher Will that my son John R.
