Morrison Judge & Clerk of the Probate Court, held in and for the County of Sullivan and State of Missouri,hereby certify that the within and foregoing Inventory, Certificate and Affidavit were filed for record in my office on the 15th day of January, A.D. 1887, at 10 o'clock A.M., and recorded in my office in Book A for recording Inventories at page 349. Morrison Judge of Probate Court APPRAISEMENT OF PERSONAL PROPERTY AFFIDAVIT OF APPRAISERS State of Missouri County of Sullivan This is to certify that James M. Coghill, Samuel Bunker, and J.H.C. Stuart on their oath say that they are not interested nor of kin to any person interested in the Estate of John Roseberry, deceased, late of Sullivan County, Missouri, as heir or devisee, and that they will, to the best of their ability, appraise the goods, chattels and other personal property to them produced by Rebecca Roseberry widow of said John Roseberry, deceased. Stuart APPRAISERS INVENTORY, CERTIFICATE AND AFFADAVIT INVENTORY Inventory of all the Real and Personal Easte of John Roseberry, deceased, late of Sullivan County, Missouri, describing the quanity, situation and title of Real Estate, the books and papers, the debts due to the said deceased, the names of the debtors, the date of the contracts, the amount of interest due, and the rate of interest thereon, and all personal property of whatsoever character. Made by Rebecca Roseberry Widow of said deceased, and Samuel Bunker and James M. Coghill witnesses appointed to aid in making the same. Dated at Penville, Mo., this 15th day of Jan. 1887. One Warranty Deed, as follows Thirty Acres off of the south end of the west half of the northwest quarter of Section no. six (6). Also the northeast fourth, of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter Section five (5) all in Township no. sixty-four (64) Range no Eighteen (18) containing in all Forty acres more or less. Also Warranty Deed for about four acres out of the southwest quarter corner of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section no. six (6) Township no. sixty-four (64) of Range no. Eighteen (18) commencing at the sourthwest corner and running due east, Twelve Rods then due north Forty Rods, then west of north to a ravine. Three Rods east of the west line. And Sixty Rods due north of the south line. Then west to the west line. Thence south on the west line to the place of beginning containing four acres more or less. And do appraise the same at the sum of Two Hundred and Eighty-five dollars $285.00. Additional Comments: John and Rebecca Roseberry, were originally from Ohio, migrated through Indiana to Missouri, and are both buried at the Bairdstown Cemetery in Sullivan Co., Mo.
