Sullivan County, Missouri, Warranty Deed - Robert M. Sharp

This Indenture made and entered into on this the Third day of February AD
One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty by and between Robert M. Sharp and
Louisa Sharp his wife of Sullivan County and State of Missouri as party of
the first part and William H. Jacobs of Sullivan County and State of
Missouri as party of the second part. Witnesseth: that the said party of
the first part for and in consideration of the Sum of Seven Hundred and
fifty dollars to them paid by the said party of the second part, the
receipt hereof is hereby acknowledged, do by their presents grant, bargain
and sell, confirm and convey unto the said party of the second part and his
heirs and assigns forever the following described real estate situated in
the County of Sullivan and State of Missouri to wit, the North West quarter
of the South West quarter of Section No. Fifteen (15) and the East half of
the North East quarter of Section No. twenty one (21) in township Sixty one
of Range No. Twenty one (21) containing one hundred and Sixty acres more or
less-to have and hold the Same with all the Rights, Privileges and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining to only proper
use, benefit and behoof of him the Said party of the Second part and to his
heirs and Assigns forever, the Said party of the first part hereby
Covenanting that themselves, their heirs, Executors and Administrators
Shall and will Warrant and Defend the title to the Said Premises and every
part thereof unto the Said party of the Second part, his heirs and Assigns
forever against the lawful Claims and demands of all persons whomsoever. In
Testimony Whereof the Said party of the first part have hereunto Set their
hand and Seal the day and year first herein written.

County of Sullivan: Be it remembered that on this third day of February in
the year of Our Lord Eighteen hundred and Sixty before me W. Griffeth a
Justice of the Peace within and for the County and State aforesaid
personally appeared Robert M. Sharp and Louisa Sharp his wife who are
personally Known to me to be the persons whose names are Subscribed to the
within and foregoing deed as having executed the Same a(sic) A party
thereto and that they Severally acknowledged the Same to be their voluntary
act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned. She the Said Louisa Sharp
being by me first made acquainted with the contents thereof and examined
Separate and apart from her husband whether She executed the Said
instrument of writing freely, voluntarily and without compulsion or undue
influence of her Said husband, acknowledged and declared that She executed
the Said Deed and relinquishes her dower in Said lands and tenements
mentioned voluntarily, freely and without compulsion or undue influence of
her Said husband. Taken and certified the day and year first above written.
