                         } ss.     IN THE RECORDER'S OFFICE
COUNTY OF TANEY          }

     I, R. S. Branson Clerk of the Circuit Court and Ex-
Officio Recorder within and for the County aforesaid, do
certify that the Instrument of Writing hereto attached, with
the Certificate thereon, was filed for record in my office
on the 2 day of August 1888 at ____ o'clock ____ min., ____
M., and that the same is duly recorded in said office, in
Book 4 for recording deeds at Page 49 & 50.

          IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed the Seal of said Court

     Know all men by these Presents that He Milton Oliver
and July Ann Oliver Wife of the said Milton Oliver of the
county of Boon in the state of Arkansas have this day for
and in consideration of the sum of $ (100) dollars to the
said Milton Oliver in hand Paid by Jessee Lewallen of the
county of Taney in the state of Missouri granted Bargained
and sold and by these Presents do grant Bargain and sell
unto the said Jesse Lewallen the following tracts or Parcels
of Land situated in the county of Taney in the state of
Missouri that is to say the S.E. of  N. W. quarter of and N.
E. of south W?. quarter of section (11) Eleven in Township
No. (23) twenty three of Range No. (21) Twenty one
containing (80) acres to have and to hold the Premises
hereby conveyed with all the rights, Privileges, and
appurtenances there to belonging or in any wise appertaining
unto the said Jesse Lewallen his heirs and assigns for ever.
I the said Milton Oliver here by covenanting to and with the
said Jesse Lewallen his heirs and assigns for himself his
heirs Executors and administrators to Warrant and defend the
title to the Premises hereby conveyed against the claim of
any person whatsoever

Bert remembered that Milton Oliver and July Ann Oliver the
said Wife of the said Milton who is personally known to the
undersigned Justice of the Peace within and for said county
to be the person whose names are subscribed to the within or
foregoing deed as a party there to this day appeared before
me and acknowledged that they executed and delivered the
same as there voluntary act and deed for the use and
purposes there in contained.
